Youth Bike Camp - Deer Valley Resort
Deer Valley Resort’s Mountain Bike Camp is a great way to introduce and improve biking skills specific to free-ride gravity-style riding for youth 10 to 15 years of age. Established in 1992, Deer Valley’s mountain bike school is one of the most seasoned in the United States and the 1 to 5 staff-to-camper ratio promotes and encourages personal instruction from expert riders. At the conclusion of the camp, participants will receive a video analysis/DVD of their skills and progress. Campers will be trained in bike maintenance, component adjustments, proper trail etiquette and safety.
The camp costs $168 for two days and includes camp, lunches and lift tickets. Intermediate ability or above with single-track experience is required. Camp will be held Saturday and Sunday, July 11-12, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Bike rentals are not included in the preset price but are available at a 20% discount off the regular season rate.
